This shipping and delivery policy will apply to all orders purchased from AshArtysta.co.uk

Reference to business days in this policy will mean the days of Monday to Friday, excluding any UK public or bank holidays.

The delivery estimates provided will run from your order being dispatched.

Shipping Information

• Currently shipping is available within the United Kingdom and certain items to the US. Orders to the highlands and any remote islands of the United Kingdom may incur additional delivery times to those stated below.

• All orders for UK delivery are sent using 24hr Tracked Delivery. This is 24hr from the order being dispatched not from the order being placed.

• The UK delivery fee is £9.99

• Shipping to the US includes print orders and wooden home address plaque's. It may be possible to ship smaller glass original and commissioned orders. I can be contacted at contact@ashartysta.co.uk or via my submission form for any enquiries.

  Delivery to the United States

  • Fully Tracked Service: All US orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your plaque is dispatched.

  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 5 to 9 working days from dispatch.

  • No Hidden Fees (All Duties Prepaid): We ship all US packages using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) postal service. Because we cover the US customs entry fees and the 3.2% federal import duty upfront, your package will pass smoothly through US Customs.

  • Doorstep Delivery: Your plaque will be delivered directly to your door by USPS (the US Postal Service). You will never be contacted by customs or couriers to pay extra handling fees or unexpected taxes before delivery.

Order Processing

• In stock items will be processed for dispatch within 3-5 business days.

• Non stock commissioned orders and items requiring personalization; processing times will vary. These times can be found within the item listing or during commission enquires.
